Moseley Ashfield Cricket Club will:

• Notify all parents/carers that parents/carers are responsible for the safe delivery and collection of their child for matches or training.  
• Inform parents/carers, at the start of season meeting, about all planned away fixtures and festivals/competitions to provide them with an opportunity to make appropriate arrangements, as it is not the responsibility of coaches or team managers to transport children to or from the club/matches.
• Ensure that coaches and club staff are responsible for children in their care when on the club premises or on arrival at opponents’ cricket grounds.
• Ensure that permission is received from parents/carers for children to participate in all festivals/competitions and away fixtures/events.
